Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Leiting VPN (the "Service Provider") governing your download, installation, registration, access to, and use of the App and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, application text, or derivative works from the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interfaces, and service content belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We reserve the right to modify features, introduce paid functions, or adjust pricing where permitted, and we will provide notice where required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account credentials, and access environment, and we recommend against jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken device security.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party components, including analytics, crash reporting, or message delivery tools. Your use of certain functions may therefore also be subject to the respective terms and policies of those third-party providers.

The App depends on an available network connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, roaming conditions, poor signal quality, local restrictions, or other factors outside our control, the Service Provider is not responsible for those interruptions. When the App is used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may apply data charges. If you use the App while roaming or outside your primary billing region, additional carrier charges may apply and remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and the consequences arising from your device environment, client configuration, battery status, network conditions, or other external dependencies. Although we strive to keep service descriptions, route information, and application content reasonably accurate, some information may depend on third-party infrastructure or external network conditions, and we do not assume liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from such factors. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may receive updates from time to time, and you agree to install updated versions where necessary. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate part or all of the Service without prior notice where appropriate.
