This Privacy Policy explains how Leiting VPN (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," "this Service," or "we") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the mobile application (the "App"). We process data within the scope necessary for service operation, security, compliance, and support, and we aim to describe those practices in clear language.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect certain basic operational information required to run and improve the service, including but not limited to Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, usage timestamps, crash diagnostics, and performance-related data. To help with routing decisions and service quality, we may also process approximate geographic information in aggregated or anonymized form. These data may be used to support connection recommendations, improve stability, analyze service performance, and deliver necessary account or security notices.

We may work with third-party service providers that support essential functions such as analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or distribution, including services comparable to Google Play Services or Firebase. Except in the following circumstances, we do not proactively disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties: 1. when required by applicable law, regulation, or lawful government request; 2. when necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, the public, or the Service Provider; 3. when data sharing is required for essential service delivery under confidentiality obligations. If you no longer wish to use the App, you may uninstall it through your device's standard removal process, after which new collection related to active use will stop.

Account information and service-related data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, or reasonable operational retention windows. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from that group. If we learn that such information has been collected unintentionally, we will take steps to delete it after verification. We also use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
